Thank you for your order! Here's everything you need to know about shipping from Green Frog Arts.
Processing & Packaging All orders are carefully packaged and processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Each painting is wrapped and packed with care to ensure it arrives safely.
Shipping Method We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) from Perkasie, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Estimated Delivery Times Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic (USA): 2–8 business days depending on your location
- Please note delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Green Frog Arts
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact Jeyna Rowe within 48 hours of delivery at greenfrog_arts@yahoo.com or 267-251-1976 so we can resolve the issue promptly.
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we will work with USPS to locate your shipment.
